Does a buck or two really matter that much? Unless you have a thousand names to register (like some of our big time domain investor friends), it won't make a difference, will it?

Except a couple of "old boys", many established registrars are charging just a few dollars higher the $6 registry-incurred cost.

You should be able to pick up an eNom reseller account with pricing of $6.95 in the "offers" forum. It will cost you about $100 for this account.
