It is always good to hear when someone does good in this business. We mostly only hear the bad reports. I want to pay credit where it is due to Netearthone for great customer service.
We recently had a hangover issue from a previous domain reseller provider who went broke with our domain credentials. Anyway it caused us to lose control of our main domain. Chris responded to my email immediately and resolved it even though it occurred on the weekend. Our customers barely noticed and the domain was back up in no time.
Of course he could not do much about the time it takes to propagate the new name servers, but I wish it could be done faster.
