Hello, after being kicked off of my last two hosts for excessive bandwidth usage on "unlimited bandwidth" plans, I now need another host. I need the following features:

at least 35 gigs transfer
at least 800 megs space
mySQL database
PHP4
FTP/Telnet access

Those are the features that I need, and I can only pay $40 maximum per month. I know that sounds crazy, but I'm only 15, I don't have a job, and my website hasn't been making much money for me lately. If I can't find a host in this price range, I'll be forced to shut down my site for good, which would be a shame, as I've easily put over 800 hours of hard work into my site. So if someone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.
