I have found today a free "German Control Panel" called Visas.

Have anybody try or seen it before? Looks like quite good IMO.

I've tried Visas and VHCS, too.

Visas is a German product, VHCS is made in Eastern Europe/Russia.

Compared to Confixx or CPanel, I can't recommend Visas.

You can find a chart which compares several products like Visas and Confixx here (http://www.yippi-yeah.com/de/klares_ergebnis.html). Somebody told me, this chart should be available in English, soon.

The comparison on the Website of Confixx is WRONG. The Confix-team compars the Confixx-pro version with the visas standard version, but they write that the comparison refers to ViSAS pro.
An important line is missing in the comparison. No prices are called and I know why :-)
A English-language version and Website will be published in this month.
The free version of ViSAS standard is limited to 3 Domains.
The full version of ViSAS standard costs 149 USD.

Why don't you call Confixx (aka Yippi-Yeah E-Business) and advice them to correct this template? After all your company (Dinklage, Germany) is locally not far away from Yippi-Yeah (Bremen, Germany). So, why is this information still wrong published, if it is...?

I'm sure, Yippi-Yeah didn't do this "mistake" intentionally. They are in business since 1999.

ViSAS instead is available since summer 2002 - corresponding to your spam-like campaigns on the German Webhostlist. And not everybody is your friend in Germany because of your aggressive spam-like marketing, missing components, selling open source for money etc.

If you order some dedicated servers from some well-known companies, you'll get a copy of Confixx 2.0 professional FOR FREE. So, why do you miss the prices since ViSAS is US$ 149? What's the price for ViSAS professional?

BTW: there are German laws for building websites like yours. I'm missing several components, called "Impressum" (CEO of your company, registration number, registration office, tax number, sales tax number and so on...). You should know this is illegal.

You know detailed information about confixx.

a) Nobody in germany knows the little town "Dinklage", except people from the area around Dinklage, e.g. Bremen and there is the headquarter of Confixx.
b)
>I'm sure, Yippi-Yeah didn't do this "mistake" intentionally. They >are in business since 1999.
Our company is in business since 1998 and since 1998 we use VISAS, but only for our "colocation customers".
We sell a product since Summer 2002, which was evaluated about 3 years!
c)
You know the comparision of confixx which is just a few days online.
d) >If you order some dedicated servers from some well-known >companies, you'll get a copy of Confixx 2.0 professional FOR >FREE
I know this.
This infomation is since yesterday official.
the well known company is 1&1 and you can get a server with confixx pro for 49 Euro per month. The "official" price for confixx is 798 Euro and a few weeks ago about 1000 Euro. Is this fair for the customers, who paid so far over 69 euro/month ONLY for the software?
e)
> is locally not far away from Yippi-Yeah (Bremen, Germany).

f) The first posting after the registration of the user ISPPRO was:
"Compared to Confixx or CPanel, I can't recommend Visas."

g) This is a posting of ISPPRO in another thread
>I read several very long threads about NeoPanel and your
>opinion about lies and marketing.
>I'm wondering why your company won't let do another person
>your job in this public place since a lot of people have sent their >complaints.

In ALL postings ISPPRO diskredits other control panel tools and he recommends the product confixx and he knows detailed information about confixx and the company behind confixx.

Wat is the intention of ISPPRO?
I believe there is a relationship between Confixx and the user ISPPRO.

> there are German laws for building websites

In relation to your lies
"And not everybody is your friend in Germany because of your aggressive spam-like marketing, missing components, selling open source for money etc."
and if I get your identity you will know the German laws very well in the near future.

> I'm missing several components, called "Impressum" (CEO of

>sales tax number and so on...). You should know this is illegal.
Your are right! This is a little mistake and we will update the website.
Company: i3 GmbH
CEO: MD Dr. Markus Schlarmann
registration number: HRB2799
registration office: Amtsgericht Vechta
VAT-ID: I'm not in the office and I don't have this long number in my mind.

Confixx published a illegal comparision. This is "a little mistake" in the opinion of ISPPRO.
If we forget our VAT-ID, is this against law and illegal.

According to your statement "For example: what is YOUR personal name? Why do you hide this information?" in another thread I ask ISPPRO "Wat is YOUR personal Name?".
I'm sure you don't have the courage to answer this question.

First of all I'm missing some answers.

And I'm missing the corrections on your webpages (impressum).

You're wrong. Everybody who knows German highways (e. g. highway 1, aka A1) knows the exit "Dinklage", not far away from "Bremen".

We sell a product since Summer 2002, which was
evaluated about 3 years!

So, how many licenses are sold? Confixx for example did about 7000. Can you give us some references on major companies?

You know the comparision of confixx which is just a few days online.

You are again wrong. This comparision is available since middle of November.

This infomation is since yesterday official.

Why are you lying like this again?

The information was published in magazines over one week ago. And even their homepage was updated on December 2nd.

The "official" price for confixx is 798 Euro and a few weeks ago about 1000 Euro.

What?

The price is US$ 150.

I believe there is a relationship between Confixx and the user ISPPRO.

Nope, you're again wrong.

Im not working for Confixx or any other software company.

"And not everybody is your friend in Germany because of your aggressive spam-like marketing, missing components, selling open source for money etc."

You got 19 ratings in the famous, leading German provider directory called Webhostlist. From this 19 ratings 7 are bad, only 12 persons are voting positive (in reality this value is only 11 cause of double-ratings).

How do you explain that lots of people are complaining about your bad or not available service, lacks in administration and so on?

How do you explain the complaints about your product ViSAS in the forums?

Confixx published a illegal comparision.

Are you sure, it's illegal? Why?

And even IF it's illegal (what I don't believe) why don't you contact your attorneys at law?

My personal opinion: you're lying here, you're lying within Webhostlist and you're leaving your paying customers alone with their problems and lacks of service (like the negative ratings on your company).

BTW: you should correct your German spelling and grammar on your websites and within your documentation.

You don't have the courage to tell us your name!!!

So, how many licenses are sold? Confixx for example did about 7000. Can you give us some references on major companies?

in two years!!
That is an average of 9,4 licenses per day (inclusive international version)
We started with the registration of licenses in November 2002
The i3 company sold 372 licenses in November 2002.
We actually sell 12 license per day (germany only!).

>Confixx published a illegal comparision.
>--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>Are you sure, it's illegal? Why?

You know nothing about german law!
A few years ago comparisions with products of rival companies are basically prohibited in Germany. Now it is allowed, but isn't allowed to tell wrong things about a product of a rival company. In Germany is this law called "Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb". I don't know the english expression. If I directly translate it must be called "Law against unfair competition"

What?
The price is US$ 150.

798 Euro is the price on the official website of confixx.

7 bad ratings from 2 user (a user came definitely from a rival company) for a very old version against 372 sold licences in one month!!!

Why don't you call Confixx (aka Yippi-Yeah E-Business) and advice them to correct this template?

That isn't my job!

BTW: you should correct your German spelling and grammar on your websites and within your documentation.

Congratulation. This is the discussion level of kids!

Nope, you're again wrong.
Im not working for Confixx or any other software company.

Ok. Tell us your name!

I have the courage to tell my name.
It is cowardly to diskredit a product and a company under a hidden identity. If you say the truth there is no reason to hide your identity.
