For me, I will never use them. Here's why:
There are many threads about how terrible their service is, and only a couple that are good. On top of that, the ones that are good are either months old or the member of this forum that posted the good review posts another one (stating bad service) a couple weeks, and sometimes even days, later.

While some of the threads posting bad service have to do with help with support and the timing, most of them are about different reasons.

I had windows server with mochahost for more than 1 years now. things to know about windows server is.
- you cannot install any cms or blog such as wordpress, etc on root folder.
- phpmyadmin is heck slow, it will always time out. This is agreed and accepted by their own support team. I just downgraded to their linux from windows server.
- Its good only for simple .asp web pages.

I've used MochaHost, in fact i still use them and have done for 3 years. Can't say i've had many issues. You can't truly know until you find out for yourself, then if there's any issues, there's another ten thousand or so webhosting companies ready to fill their shoes.

What is your domain hosted with them?
You can use report button if you don't want to post the domain in public.

We did try them for one specific site, but, it seems that what they say is not what they give, ie, unlimited domain alias's, when we asked them that we were to park several thousand of our own domains, they said it was against their policy, with the threat of termination..

Cpanel and billing is very confusining indeed.

Just my opinion, but wouldnt go there again..

if you want freedom and full control, everyting then purchase a Windows VPS.

I am a mochahost customer i used it for 3 months and i have more than 30 ticket with no answer, servers are slow and their ticket answer is just 2 terms 1-you are liar 2-this is bug of plesk

Phpmyadmin is fast on SoftSysHosting. I have been with them for 1 month and a half now and if there is only one thing I can describe about them, it is the speed of their service/servers.

I have an issue with the application pool at the moment :( and will observe how this issue is resolved.

I have heard about it. But, the reviews have been negative. I don’t think I will ever use it. Look for a reliable web hosting service.
