If you are using this for a company you run/own, i would recommend reseller club, if your using WHMCS they can provide you a free reseller account.

Its around £5.60 per domain, it's not to bad if i'm honest. Also net earth one is recommended.

What kind of rates do you recognize as "low"? And do you need an account to offer domain registration to your customers or you just want to register your own domain names at low prices? It is important to have answers on these questions.

You can get a reseller account which will give you a very low price of some domain names but with no grace period on expired domains. If you want to register your own domain names it is fine not to have grace period. But if you want to resell domain registration, you'd better go with someone who offers grace period on expired domains.
