What options do I have to run a CRM: Billing/Support solution on a Windows Server? The solution shouldn't only apply to Web Hosting ( I did notice that ModernBill said it could be used for Child Care Support - WTF?)

Preferably one that uses PHP and MySQL though, and definately does not need Ioncube (goodbye WHMCS).

Blesta looks nice to me, but is it enough? ClientExec looks good, but what else is there?

Eek, I would just go with ClientExec if you aren't interested in WHMCS. ClientExec is my second best choice. :)

Well the good thing is that Ioncube is now working on my server. So all options are now open again. Welcome back WHMCS :) Blesta seems really interesting to me.

I've got it installed. I might but it owned, but with branding to save a few $$. Then unbrand later. Licensepal or direct WHMCS?

Remember that my issues don't end there, I have to downgrade to PHP 5.2.12 because of ioncube's backward compatibility issues.
