Jokes aside you can't be seriously expecting somone to work for free on a design can you?

Remember you get what you pay for, IMHO I would say spending anything below $150 is just asking for trouble.

Flumps is right, webdesign for free is unlikely, what you could do is take some time to learn th4e basics of html and css yourself and find a free template to base your design. Not only do you learn something new you get self satisfaction to boot...;)

If you decide to pay for a design do your homework before picking a company to do it, make sure you know what you want to start and agree a simple scedule and time frame with you designer, in writing preferably.

seo etc i problly would shoot this computer up with a machine gun and throw it ut the window before i would learn i just thought they maybe some offers for freee design been theres free hosting free domain names etc btw but thanks for telling me guys :) take care
