We have a cell center in the United States. For us, your prosperity means our prosperity. We place a high emphasis on quality assurance and we might not appeal to a good bunch of the WHT crowd, because we are not the cheapest and targeted towards dedicated hosts. Whether you seek support during limited hours or a 24/7 solution, that's not a problem. Our prices are $2.00/minute on lower commitments (<200 hours) and you only pay for the time we spend helping your customers. We generally get into a contract if at least requires 10 hours worth (ideally 20-25 hours worth) and if we feel it's the right company to partner with. On lower monthly commitments, the pricing is a bit expensive for the budget of an average WHT visitor. Not so much so for an established corporation with thousands of dollars in revenue at stake with their customer base (that produces a considerable profit margin per customer) and premium service does cost money. The solution is ideal for corporations for whom it is extremely critical to minimize or eliminate churn because quality assurance is the number one priority. At almost any level of monthly commitment, it is still drastically cheaper than the overhead to hire a "complete, quality in-house staff" 24/7/365 in an actual call center environment. We want to extend our offering to WHT at a fraction of the cost on small to mid level commitments (25-100 hours) than it would cost to establish such otherwise while maintaining an extremely high level of quality control.
