Has anyone got any experience of Virtual ISP? http://www.virtualisp.co.uk is it good or bad service?

They seem to offer "Unlimited" webspace, which does not exist and what happens if a client you are hosting needs more the the allocated 5 gig bandwidth per month? I tried to find there terms & conditions on the site, but was unable to locate it. And the "About Us" link does not seem to work!
