Is there such a thing? AUTOMATION Sign Up Script For Plesk that is? We are setting up our FreeBSD and plesk servers. Would just like to find out if there is such a thing as this for Plesk or if it can even be done?

What do you mean by automated scripts? Isn't Plesk quite automated enough (compared to twiddling with httpd.conf, useradd, /etc/named, ...). Or you need a shell script of some sort (or even a mail form to be fed into a processing script). Or, do you need mass registration?

I think what he means is script that will create a users account when they order it.

Yes plesk makes a automated signup script. Contact them directly at sales@plesk.com its free as far as I know.

There isn't a script, there are some binaries, C utilities which you have to incorporate yourself...

We are currently almost ready for testing these, if you want a report on how it works, email me...no problemo

You got it Vortech, you have to create your own form and script that will call this script that they've provided to create accounts. So basically, the answer is no.

I got the files needed from Plesk but the guy that would make the html for me said the files don't work for the latest version.

I will ask the people from Plesk and let you know what they tell me about it...

Hmm, he was just using the wrong utils for the wrong RH version.

When the frontend will be ready I will post them here for you all...
