I am having so much trouble finding good reliable designers. I need someone who can do flash as well as html in a reasonable amount of time. Can you guys please give me recomendations and examples of what they did for you.

Are we allowed to reccomend ourselves?
If not I'll grab some people I did designs for :)

Haha. I find that kind of funny. Yes, PixelBrick are very good. You might get like 1K hits just from being on their client list. Their prices are good, too. Isnt pixelbricks sites like 10K? Im not willing to spend that much, They do have awesome work.

I'll vouch for TemplateGuy. He did a template for me, and I've seen his flash work, and it's quite good (I just didn't need any Flash work done, so he helped me out with some template work).

His work will soon appear at www.orty.com (when I get time to do some MINOR edits to the template)

In refrence to good designers, I saw TemplateGuy responded. He has done some good work, check the forums for some posts. I have used him and I will say he and his company are great. We remained in contact via AIM and email to ensure all paymens went through correctly, nobody was getting scammed, etc.

Even well after the design was transmitted he remains available for contact, offers help, etc. its good to see people do business on a more personal level, and be very open to changes that need to be made, etc. :agree:
