Well after 1 month I have nothing bad to say.
The support and service is excellent. What bad can you say if they offer to help solve a problem with an exploit, or help sort out a problem with a spam service that they don't even offer for sale?

Corey was great in helping get my 7 domains copied over. It's a big job and we were able to get them all done in a couple days.
