Are there forum visitors overhere that having experience with InterWorx??
We try to get some answers on send emails to info@ and sales@ but they not giving any response on the send e-mails?? (also other interested people from the H-Sphere forum tried to contact them without any success)

So it looks they are not interested in new clients........and maybe they making money enough?

On this moment we are running since a few years on the H-Sphere platform (2 x Netapp's 3020 and Barracuda loadbalancers) but since it is taken over by Parallels it is very bad, no upgrades anymore, no development (last one was 08-2009) so it seems Parallels put it to the site (like Ensim, Sphera) on the H-Sphere forum you see also a big amount of H-Sphere users complaining about the bahaviour of Parallels.

We are searching for a new platform but it seems difficult to find something that is competitive with the H-Sphere platform, any suggestions are welcome.

(we are running also Parallels PBAS formely known as HSPComplete, but is certainly not like H-Sphere)

Peter

I exchange several email with them, but since 10 days i have no luck to get answer from my contact.

I call them but girl on phone redirect me to his voicemail since he was on travel. Not sure how many sales people they have, maybe not a lot and sick ?

I read a lot there customer forum and seems customer are happy with it.
Last release was also some weeks ago...

I don't find any panel that's work in loadbalancing way.
Do you known any other panel that's can be "cluster" like ?

ispsystem is much more expensive than interworx and cluster is quite new too.

Thanks for tell me if you get news from interworx and if you go more deep with ispsystem.

Would much prefer a lb than going to cpanel (that's maybe good but not scalable)

Hi everyone -

My name is Tim, I'm one of the developers for InterWorx. I want to apologize that some of you have been having difficulty contacting us lately - we moved our mail server in the past few weeks, and it appears that there's been a few issues with the new config.

That's no excuse, of course, just an explanation.

If you feel that we've ignored you or missed a support ticket, please send the request again.

Thanks to Stormfr (I think...sorry if I'm wrong!) for bringing this to our attention.

FWIW, we're currently focused on improving the load balancing situation in our cluster solution. We welcome input and suggestions for what you guys actually need!

Tim

Hehe, Tim you beat me to it. :P

Snowmageddon here in Pittsburgh didn't exactly help the situation much.

Hello Tim & Jon,
thanks for your reply's.....in the meantime my CEO contact InterWorx about this and send you some extra information about the loadbalanced cluster system (with the Netapp 3020 filers.....) so maybe you guys can work something out. Certainly for the H-Sphere owners that maybe want to switch to another system.
Greetings
Peter

Hello,
sorry but I must say this Company (InterWorx) is very lack to reply on emails send, also there excuses overhere in this forum don't work because this is the only reply we get!

So it would be better to search around for a decent solution but it wil be certainly not InterWorx.......I think they not want new clients and making allready a lot of money:-))

Greetings,
Peter

Maybe they're still having issue with their mail config/service? Hope they can update you here about the status.

Hello augustan,

thanks for your understanding....but I think we where in contact with a professional Company, we are weeks further and my CEO was into e-mail contact with one off there guy's about the setup and then the conversation was dead again............

So more then enough patience but also this stops and it gives a very bad taste to go into business with a Company like this that is not giving any response, also on there own forum they not respond on a access (member) request to post in the forum......

Peter
