Greetings!!!

After looking all many posts related resell.biz i am now very confused whether i should take the resellership from them or not.

I have just got their support is horrible even i have to wait more than a week to get a reply from them.
And otherway, as a business starter resell.biz is good to start with them because of their low cost and wothout any deposit.

What should i do? I just want your suggession from your experiences with resell.biz.

If you are able to deal without support they are great. Otherwise go elsewhere.

Resell.biz has been fine for us. Support has replied in a timely manner.

Have they any other problem except Support delay?
if i want to transfer all of my domain to another resistar will they make any trouble doing that?

Not that I know of. If you want excellent support, I'd suggest netearthone. They have good prices and excellent support. Thats where im moving all my domains to.

I used them for a little while, but did'nt market domain sales back in my hosting days so only really sold a few as complete solutions.

you get control panel to manage your domains and domain transfer is automated (no need their intervention) so you can transfer domain as you wish as long as it still transferable according ICANN rules.

used it for 1.5 years, everything was fine, never had to deal with support, i also buy servers to that company (10tb) and their support is fine, i hope it will be the same whenever i need domain support from them.

Yes like I said, reseller.biz is part of the UK2 group, you can get servers anh hosting from there. UK2.net offer a reseller plan with WHMCS setup to use a domain reseller @ reseller.biz.

I've been registering domains with them for almost 2 years. Competitive pricing and never had a problem.

No problem. I had two issues with domains with them , but was fixed quickly. Around 200-300 domains with them just now.
