Vlasyuk Valera of Templator.net is offering ready-made templates for sale. He is currently unable to provide these templates and makes all sorts of excuses but fails to provide the service after payment. Although a couple of people have been fortunate and got their templates the majority have not.

I now have to go through the procedure of chargeback, like a number of others on this Board - Be warned, this is one to keep away from!

Michael M, go to your bank and ask them about performing a charge back :)

No need to go to the bank....just contact 2checkout.com. They will help you most of the time. Only if that fails do you need to go to the bank and do a chargeback.

Same here. What surprises me is they are still taking orders, but it looks as if they are going through paypal now, not 2CO, please correct me if I am mistaken. :eek:

Don't be fooled its not a 2Checkout problem its a problem with templator.net not supplying the goods. 2Checkout.com may well have stopped their service, whatever this is definitely one to avoid.

Why not take orders if you don't intend to supply - 100% profit!

I would think if they were being truthful they would suspend taking any further orders eh?

I'm quite suprised.. AND mad. Probably making designers do them for him/her and just posting ScreenShots and getting money buy not paying the designer :(..

Wow, I am lucky then. After sending him 3 emails asking about the templates I paid for, finally he send them. :)

My name is Adam Bate, and I'm with B2NetSolutions.com the people who were currently hosting templator.net

As of right now we have removed his account, and took a look at his activity, we have contacted 2checkout about their problem with not delivering templates after payment.

We will also contact a Paypal rep in seeing to make sure that templator.net will not be allowed to affiliate with paypal. We know that by taking his site down, is only a small step to this problem, but we hope to contact other online merchants, and hosting companies, in making sure he cannot reopen with another hosting company.

It's nice that someone is finally stepping in and actually doing something about the company. It's too bad that some action wasn't taken back in September when the same exact things were going on with the company..

Also abouttemplates delivery. We did all automatic. Whole night i've uploaded templates to web server. Before that i did all by hands when i got credit card order from templator i sent back to buyer zipped templates. I was away and wasn't able to zip templates and them to buyers when i checked my mailbox i've got lots of mad messages from buyers.

I'm talking with my host and asking him to set back.
I sell templates and i after my site will be up again i'll prove that.

Yeah, same as back in September, huh? I personally don't think that you'll be doing much business on this forum any more.. Granted I nver purchased anything from you, but the thought had crossed my mind, until all this crap came up..

It's funny how people get kickstarted into gear when their host shuts em down.. And you finally make your presence known..

Hi all,

We purchased two templates from Templator.net one week ago. After three days we emailed Taylor who was working for them at the time and were told that the company owner was not coming online etc etc.

Last night I submitted a 2 Checkout claim to get a refund, low and behold before we hear from 2 Checkout the owner of the company (vlasyuk) contacts us with a url where we can download the two templates purchased. By this time we had posted an ad for someone else to design us a template but we download them both to see if they would be OK. One of the Zip's was fine but the second was corrupted and was missing the PSD.

We contacted vlasyuk and did receive a prompt reply and were issued a refund.

Although vlasyuk has bucked up his ideas today which is something he should be praised for one question does keep popping up and that is why would you advertised something when you are obviously not able to supply the service in due time.

Zip has been fixed. If you still have that corrupted zip file please look at ish folder you'll find there PSD file. I've reuploaded correct one zip file. If you don't belive that it's ok i can refresh for you your download page and ensure that in files i've sent you were html and psd files.

Delivery system now is automatic. After i receive e-mail with 2checkout message that template was bought customer get back e-mail with download archive files.

Few words about 2checkout processing:

Typically the order will be reviewed within a few hours but it may be as long 12 hours depending on time of day and workload. If you still urgently need template now you can contact me thru one of messengers that you can find at website. Like did one my customers (Janet C****y).

To prove that i also have lots of happy customers i'm creating testimonials page. Also i'll put there list of people that i refund money. So my feature customers be sure that if they buy template and they are unhappy i send back money to them

Na, really no problems with him, got the templates sooner than i expected, i paid by check, it only arrived today, it could bounce for all he knows, which i thought was strange, sending templates before the check clears.

Lucky im a nice guy, haha (i dont mean that in an evil way!)
