well, there has been some downtime today from hostmatix, and I was quite annoyed...more like angry...however the hostmatix staff rectified the situation very quickly and calmed me down.
They politley explained to me HONESTLY what was going on with their servers and one of their staff members explained to me on AIM what they were doing to solve the problem...
I believe their customer support is one of the best, you cant beat live support on their website along with support on pop. instant messengers
plus their plans that they offer for that price kick ass so i shouldnt complain much ;)
