Hm. Money problems? Its easy to suspend recurring charges and then charge them all at once in a week??

The recurring issue is around 4 weeks old. Something is very wrong at Paysystems.

Yes, i know :(

BTW, one HUGE bug: this month they have charged couple of our customers, but did not transfer $$$ into the "Settled orders" list.
The only way to control -- compare ">Free Trials>Total" with the list of settled orders ... and run own billing soft

Really?
When I called them yesterday a tech person answered right away and helped me out. Are you using the number under the support section?

I have come to the conclusion the ONLY way to be safe is to do it thru your own merchant account. These 3rd parties are not reliable enough to trust your business with.

Sorry to hear of your trouble, I feel for you all after the heck I have had with 2CO this past few weeks.

Me neither but as soon as commonweath bank gets our gateway setup we are going to start the slow process.

What really gets me is I started a couple of months ago moving exsiting clients at the time to 2CO for the auto recurring and now I have to start the process of moving them back.

I figure I will lose a few in the move and I hate it, but 2CO has already cost me too much money and I cannot stake my business on them any longer.

I got ODBC, ASP errors with Paysystems from time to time, 2checkout is sending tons of emails to my customers with recurring transaction errors.

Hopeless situation :bawling:

I am not either but I am going to wait it out a bit because a good buddy of mine went through a real horror with his merchant account.

He "thought" he was checking the new orders carefully. He was even calling some people. Unfortunately he got hit with a lot of chargebacks and it messed up his standing with his bank. Since he did not have a signed order he lost all that money. He was hit with a ton of banking fees which almost buried him.

He ended up switching to PaySystems. The amount of his sales went down but they were all valid.

Looking at what he went through taught me a lesson...a valuable one.

With PaySystems my life is separate from my business/personal life. My bank receives a check, period. I can get a zillion chargebacks and my credit is not affected nor the standing I have with my bank.

The other thing is that I honestly do not want the responsibility of knowing credit card information. If something unfortunate happens with a client with their credit card, I have zero knowledge about it, I honestly could not have done any malicious activity. Don't even look my way.

With foreign, how can you accurately check those without calling people up? Then you have to worry about time zones, tracking the person down, remembering who you reached and who you didn't...I get a headache just thinking about it.

If PaySystems does not get it together soon I will have no choice but to switch, but I will have to completely change the way I handle signups. I will require a signature, which means they have to fax something, and the length of time to complete an order will definitely increase because I will check it through thoroughly.

Unless someone knows of a super duper fraud checking system like PaySystems has. :)

I had a ton of recurrings go thru yesterday and they all were voided with this for a reason -

1 - "not supported".

So I email Paysystems with this -

Ticket: Hi the following recurrings were declined as "not supported". I am sure the cards are supported as they authorized the previous month. Please advise.

and within 2 hours get this reply -
