Domains do work but I want to enable acount iewable over ip as well. For example http://test.cpanel.net/~fred/ (http://test.cpanel.net/%7Efred/) will bring up the user fred's domain. The disadvantage of this feature is that any bandwidth usage used by this site will be put on the domain it is accessed under (in this case test.cpanel.net). mod_userdir protection prevents this from happening. You can enable/disable this feature domain wise. Go to WHM-> Apache mod_userdir Tweak. The check box Enable mod_userdir Protection must be UN-checked in order to enable it.
