Do you have any positive experience with them?

Any feedback please.

They are still a pretty new company only started in July i think so you may find it hard to find any positive reviews on them or negative for that matter

$2 a year for forum hosting, and they set it up - must be a profitable company.

The reason I post a question because we experience problem accessing our site via web browser & FTP for more than 24 hours and no reply for the support.

I thought the whole reason to get a reseller account is to be anonymous?

Hello,
first off the server is now backup and the problems were being caused by one site using almost all of the server's resources, his account has now been suspended,
secondly, only our main site is hosted on a valcato reseller account, we have our own servers and are in profit, despite our low prices :)
thanks

Yes that me I have used all of resources........but.....

Before I signed up I asked you if you could handle my site. I told you my site is big and it eats alot of bandwith and gets a lot of visitors you said YES no problemo!

I posted a request on this forum if you dont remeber and my requirements but you fail after 7 days!!

Why you even respond to people who give requests on webhostingtalk? Did you thougt I'm bluffing about bandwith requirements?

doh.....

I'm just pissed off again

The exact e-mail I sended him:

Hello,
yes we could fulfill this quote, please remember that this isnt a virtual
private server, you wont get full root access but only access to the cpanel
control panel,
We are based in the UK so the method of payment will need to be discussed,
I would say that wire transfer or cheque would be the easiest method unless
you have a credit card,
thanks

We could not anticipate such a large use of resources.
Our terms of service state that one customer may be suspended for excessive server resource usage. It is not fair to other customers and we would not want one account to be detremental to other customer accounts.
The total CPU usage for your site was approximately 80%.
We will refund you in full and will not take our normal 20% handling fee.
thanks

If he warned you about it, it's not the clients fault

"only our main site is hosted on a valcato reseller account, we have our own servers "

Why put one site on a resellers account when you have your own servers?

When we first started off we had a valcato reseller account,
thanks

I have posted a thread at
http://forum.allabouthosting.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=67

Asking allabouthosting.co.uk whether they support msn messager as per their webpage.

I get the following answer:
We do not have specific times for when a representative will be online for All About Hosting. Please be aware that this is not a supported contact method and should you have any pressing concerns you can email support@allabouthosting.co.uk We are very busy here and would not want our usage of MSN to have a detremental effect to overall support.

The problem with MSN is that you cannot leave them message even though they are not online. If they use ICQ or Yahoo IM, I will be able to contact them.

They should removed the link if it cannot contact them right..

I am not attacking them. But I just feel strange.

Anyway, they reply me within 8 hours!

Now that someone mentioned Valcato, they should pay more attention and answer the Perl Desk submissions.

On the other hand I think valcato is a ripoff. I only used 1Gb of bandwith and my site was suspended. I had 4gb left to consume this month. But wait!, they are valcato hosting services they won´t answer my help desk or e-mails. If they do, tomorrow I win the lottery.

Heehee...I answered your e-mail in less than an hour.....well done on winning the lottery :-)

2003 sees Valcato turning over a new leaf and becoming 100% committed to customer satisfaction, im sure this change will be making itself apparent over the coming weeks :)
