Hi everyone... Hope this is the right forum... I am trying to find a way to integrate WHCMS with my webserver but also be able to resell domains through my website so as people sign up for an account they can register their domain at the same time... Anyone have any ideas on how this can be done?

Get an Enom or ResellerClub/DirectI domain reseller account and make your life easy. If you have WHMCS, you can get an account from your clientarea with WHMCS, or you can get an account directly with Enom or ResellerClub.

Well I was with them before, but their rates were much higher for the domain names than Godaddy's and if you wanted the low rates you had to pay a fee to upgrade, I think it was about $1,000 for the lowest rate...

I have not used them, but going by the reviews they seems to be good.

They are using LogicBoxes, same as ResellerClub, so your WHMCS will work fine.

Also they have some easter egg thing that can get you lower pricing.
