10mbit limit? I think not. :)

I think an unlimited throttle would be a better term. Throttle the connection to 5k, 500k, 5mbits, unlimited throtle, etc.

Though you can say that I have an unlimited limit, though your through put is 100% depedant upon your internet connection. A 10mbit limit would be fine, for those on an OC98, but my connection maxes out at 10mbits, so it wouldnt limit me that much.
