I have a question, I've been looking for a VPS Reseller company I found a place with a great plan but the thing is the company looks like cheap/fake... I'm not sure how to explain it...

This is the plan area I'm looking for...

HDD: 180GB-200 GB
Bandwidth: 1,500-2,000GB.
Guaranteed Memory (MB): 2GB-3GB
Burstable Memory(MB): 3GB-4GB+
IP Addresses: 15+
VPS Software: HyperVM/OpenVZ
Doesn't have to be managed... I prefer semi-managed but if nothing that's fine to. I also would like to be on a server with a decent size processor. I'm looking to start my company with VPS's only. I would also work with the company that can help me with later expansions. (Dedicated Servers) Decent pricing on upgrades. (More IP's, HDD, RAM, etc.)
