Zenon 02-07-2010, 12:04 AM I'm sure many will soon chime in with recommendations, however another great way to get some ideas is to just search 'review' here at WHT you will have lots, and lots of feedback on who is hot and who is not so hot. Also so that we can better point you in the right direction do you have a geographical preference? What kind of space and bandwidth do you require? Do you have a budget in mind. $50/month will get you a killer package with many hosts, but there are many who offer great packages in the $10-$20, or less if your requirements are not that high. Let the good times roll! :wht: net 02-07-2010, 12:10 AM however another great way to get some ideas is to just search 'review' here at WHT you will have lots, and lots of feedback on who is hot and who is not so hot. I hope you are not talking about girls :-) Search and by checking the reseller hosting offers is another way. Zenon 02-07-2010, 12:12 AM sorry it rhymed, couldn't resist ;) KMyers 02-07-2010, 12:52 AM I hope you are not talking about girls :-) Search and by checking the reseller hosting offers is another way. Wow, is that a "super premium" status? Hello, With any reseller hosting plan, there will be some sort of monthly fee. It would help us point you in the correct direction if we had the following. What is your monthly budget? Teh One 02-07-2010, 01:06 AM $10-25 and hopefully I can get a good deal.. njoker555 02-07-2010, 01:51 AM $10-25 and hopefully I can get a good deal.. if you're not looking for a boatload of space or bandwidth, then you should have no problem with that budget. Especially with the max budget of $25. Teh One 02-07-2010, 02:02 AM I would like 50gig diskspace and like 500gig brandwith :D njoker555 02-07-2010, 11:44 AM I would like 50gig diskspace and like 500gig brandwith :D You may be able to get that for the $25/mo but the host may be overselling a bit. And since you're just starting out, you wouldn't use anything close to 50gb space. If you think smaller and start smaller, you'll save a lot of money in the long run. Most companies should allow you to upgrade as you go so that wouldn't be a problem either. NoSupportLinuxHostin 02-07-2010, 02:38 PM There are plenty of good hosting companies out there, and there is probably a good sized list of them that could fill the needs you have outlined. You could check the Advertising Offers section of the forum and use the search function of the forum to read posts about specific hosts. Good luck with your search. Karl 02-07-2010, 08:55 PM Cheap and reliable should never be in the same sentence. You get what you pay for. However, there are a lot of reliable reseller hosts within your budget. I'd check out Surpass Hosting, or InnoHosting, they're both within your price margin. caisc 02-10-2010, 06:41 PM At 20$/mo you can get good offers, try Hostgator or justhost to start with. Ajith Alfred 02-11-2010, 03:05 PM $10-25 and hopefully I can get a good deal.. For $10-$25 you should have to compromise on disk space and bandwidth. If your requirements are high, I think you should raise your budget. |
