What is your opinion for kb/blogging software for your website and for free payment gateway for accepting payment from clients/

I like kbiki and wordpress and of course paypal for payments :-)

WordPress and PayPal are both very popular, and both work well. I am not familiar with kbiki, though. WordPress works well on Windows in addition to working well on Linux. The only tricky part to running WordPress on Windows is getting the "pretty" permalinks working. Pretty permalinks are not technically required, but some users prefer them.

What is the free payment gateway?
