I had to use a different credit card during signup. I know you do not think it is Amex that is the problem however if you do not even make an attempt to contact them regarding the issue then you will not know what the problem is. RackShack.net using several verification processes in order to deter fraudulent signups. We do accept Amex cards, however all information must be entered as it appears on your credit card statement. If you are entering the information correctly then as you have been advised the best thing for you to do would be to contact Amex. Thank you, |
