We're looking to dump e-online. Has nothing to do with them however it does get boring having a reserve when you've never had a chargeback and the reserve wasn't even put on the account until months after it was originated.

There was another company we spoke with and I even posted about them and I wanted to give them a call. For whatever reason I can't seem to find the name of the company. Searching merchant accounts in google surprisingly doesn't show them anywhere.

They are pretty big with internet merchant accounts and they have their own gateway.

Not 2co, paypal, im really surprised I can't find them:)

If you posted about them, you could try searching through your previous posts.

I have 700 posts. Do you want to search through them? It would be a refresher to know some of the other companies out there as well that the community is using.

Also a quick way to post some thoughts about any referenced companies.

If im not mistaken some posts were lost during the hack and it could very well be in the twilight zone.

Google has been really bad motor search, in my opinion, this is because they dance around businesses that move millions in cash that they are interested, people generally considered to be a good search engine because they are searching about companies seeking larger and results are obvious, usually I see people make searches on Google to avoid the painful effort of typing in your browser a complete address (even though they know perfectly directions, someone should explain that there is a combination [ctrl + enter] And they are really wasting time ...)

Hi James,
Did you ever think about asking them to release your reserve? I find that sometimes works.

I have heard good things about cdg commerce in the past and have been tossing around the idea of setting up an account with them. Let us know how it goes if you choose to go with them.

Hi James,
Thanks so much for clarifying why you have decided to close your account. I really do appreciate hearing that your decision was based on circumstances unrelated to the service you received as our merchant. If I can be of any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Good Luck!

Hi James,

Thank you for expressing an interest in CDGcommerce.

As a lot of folks from WHT know, while we've been in the business for a long time - 2010 marks our 12th year - we have never actually done much in the way of direct marketing over the past decade outside of some print ads & PR here and there. Virtually all of our business is referral-based and we generally like to keep it that way for the most part.

So while I'm sure you can find a lot of information on us in a Google search, a more generic search for high paid SEO keywords won't likely locate us as quickly. We also found that the quality of merchants we received from some tests we did with SEO-marketing were not the same caliber as the merchants that came to us from forums like WHT and referrals from existing merchants. :)

Please feel free to let me know if I can assist you with any questions that you may have.
