Hello,

I am hosting 30 websites at the moment in a resseler acount and i want to move them in a deticated server. I am currently using cpanel which i find it extremly easy to use but i want to find another cheaper one, maybe open source.

I believe that i dont need cpanel beacuse none of my clients ever use cpanel, i am administrating all the websites and i dont need a user friendly panel for my clients.

I like directadmin which has a 300 dollars lifetime licence but i need to know if there are any other open source reliable solutions that can offer the same features.

Thank you

Webmin is free and very powerful. Yet you do need to know what you are doing.

You other choice is to lease a server with DirectAdmin preinstalled that way you don't have to pay for the control panel at all.

But if you only have 30 accounts that are not a heavy load I would recommend a VPS with DirectAdmin preinstalled. Its a lot cheaper.

Im buying a deticated root server, it has only webmin preinstalled. And i am expecting to have over 100 acounts the next 2 years.
We are a web design company i am just hosting my client's websites i dont sell hosting.
I am looking for a user friendly control panel for administrator use not for customer website use, my clients do not need a control panel.

A real administrator would have no problem using webmin.

Also, lxadmin/kloxo is a good choice, but support is usually not available. However, the cp is now free and open source
