Hmm that's not good... What you could do is have someone with a clean RAQ3 with all patches tar up the GUI for you... And then reinstall it on your server...

Did you (or someone) upgrade Perl on this server as well as Apache? The error messages you show are typical when Perl gets upgraded, as it doesn't use the same paths by default that the Cobalt version does, so the Cobalt Perl modules can't be found.

Like I said, have someone with a clean raq3 (unmodified files) tar up the /usr/admserv directory for you...
