What exactly did Timothy do? People make constat reference to him. There are lots of posts on him, but I'm too lazy to read them:) .

Chachi 11-28-2002, 03:23 PM He was involved with a scam for cpanel licenses. The distributer never got their money back. He scammed designers and clients buying and selling design to him at Paradise Designs. He merged with James of EarHost and did not offer refunds as he had promised. He actually said "the more you post/bug me here on WHT, the longer I'll wait to offer you your refund" to one particular client. When he didn't make the refund he was banned from here. He keeps returning with new board names by using proxies to get around the bans. He has scammed many designers since and tried to pull something off on yaxay.com. He was promptly banned. He didn't live up to his promises and give the contest winner (alaskanwolf) a server he had offered for the person with most posts at his discussion board "hostinglounge". In between he also joined forced with Travis Rowland and they pretended that Travis's business (Flohost) had bought over Earhost. Actually it was just a ruse and Travis apparently backstabbed Timmy and their arguments came to surface here at WHT. Travis's convo with a client of his that was posted here recently showed that he was in cahoots with Tim. That's just a brief history. The guy's a con artist, and unfortunately no-one is ready to do anything about him. He was recently involved in some hub bub with dv2. Hope that helps.
