I think most of them fit "best designs" except for UK2 and ThinkHost. Not saying they're bad, just not worthy to be in the top 10. Where's HostaVPS at? ;)

I agree, I'm not a huge fan of ThinkHost. I like UK2 though.

I wouldn't class it as a bad design just because it's simple. It does the job and is well laid out.

no no no you missunderstood...I don't mean its a bad design I just mean the other designs are good looking too. So in my opinion compared to others is simple...as far as regarding to the look of the design.I am not referring to the work made for the designs....

Eleven 2 and This Web Host are the best in my opinion, I love them. These designs make me feel like I should work on my site a little more

That's how I wanted it to be when I developed it. I'm not a fan of clutter and wanted it clean and to the point.

But as far as comparing it to others, surely it's no less simple than say This*, or Eleven2? Although just at first glance and not so much comparing fine details one has versus the other. :)

yeah, very nice designs, I´m a fan of Media Temple design, not too much of Streamline layout. Very neat designs but what about the services, support? :)
