Hi guys,

Despite having years of experience with WHMCS, allowing some third party persons and running some advanced checks, I'm a little stumped on this one. I'll try to explain it as clearly as possible.

Our main website is hosted off of our servers. After migration, for around 2 weeks, everything was running smoothly without any problems.

Around 4 days ago, our automation completely screwed up. Hosting accounts are not being created after invoice payment (yes the option is set correctly in 'Products & Services') and similarly, invoice payment confirmation e-mail and new account information e-mail is not being dispatched. However, the customer invoice and order confirmation e-mail IS sent. We now have to manually approve orders before they are created.

I do believe that the cron is setup correctly.

This is not a problem with our server, as I completely migrated the whole account to another dedicated server, which did not resolve the problem. I have also ran a fresh upload of WHMCS and imported the database, however it is still not working as desired.

Therefore, I believe that this is an error within the database - something I'm not very clued up with.

Thanks for reading and your time!

Hello,

You need to check the curl and ioncube is enabled on your server .

Also make sure that your firewall isnt blocking CURL.

If you have Configserver's Security + Firewall plugin for WHM then that can stop accounts being created and stop any functions between server and WHMCS.

You may want to add some extra ports to the TCP In box under "Firewall Configuration"

Alternatively if you have an external hardware firewall you may want to just add the port that is being blocked.

You might be having connectivity issues from WHMCS to your CP. It could be like what TrustaHost-UK said or you might have forgotten to change a conf when you migrated?

That's the thing - it WAS working, however all of a sudden it started to fail and the automation seem to stop working.

I'll get in touch with who hosts the website and ask them to see this thread - thanks guys!

Make sure API required fields are intact as well as cUrl is present on your dedicated server. I do also have a minor problem with WHMCS but that's another story seems there's a good alternative for my problem.

Just make sure you double check everything, the remote access keys and etc.
