Sorry, I don't quite understand your question. Are you saying you're looking for US providers, and they mustn't block IP's from Indonesia?

Fyi, I'm and accessing from Indonesia. I've been browsing US provider's websites (and probably their reseller too) with no problem.

ISPs and web hosts usually only block IP ranges when there has been an issue, such as a very persistent hacker or spammer in a given IP range. And even then, it is unlikely a company would block all of those IP ranges.

Yeah, I host 2 websites that are hosted here in the US (Los Angeles) and mostly accessed by Indo people and no body ever complain not being able to open it. They view it just fine. Maybe you should try Singapore based reseller hosting but they seem to be on the high side as far as pricing.
