As far as I know you can not but I may be mistaken. If you do not see them in the registrars then I'm guessing it's a no.

GoDaddy is not a reseller service and does not have an API for WHMCS to communicate over, so no.

Godaddy does have a API Reseller for selling domain names. http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/reseller/api.asp?ci=9058

I've seen an WHMCS add-on module for Godaddy out there.

I've seen an WHMCS add-on module for Godaddy out there.
i was thinking that there should be add-on.
godaddy is very big domain register so it will be very bad if i can`t use WHMCS for automatically order domains :(

Here's a link http://wiki.whmcs.com/Contribution:GodaddyModule

Looks like there is some effort needed to get it up and running.

Yes there is GoDaddy module for whmcs and it is very useful , because some of our clients prefer their domain names to be registered from godaddy.

Just find "wilwestdomains", which is the brand of Godaddy's reseller service
