Say I decide to go on a month long holiday, but otherwise can handle support myself?

What if customers request for some config change?
What if customers request for plan upgrade/termination?

Security of my servers? To do the above you'll need a login/pass, so how can you protect that?

How can you guarantee good support? An angry customer isn't worth the refund, heck I'll willingly pay to get into that guy's good books.

Sorry for going a bit OT, but I'd like to clarify these stuff. :)

Yes if customer requests config changes, with Admin Support we would login as root and make the changes.

Plan upgrade/termination is up to the owner of the business.
