Right now im just trying to get a feel for who would be intrested in the ability to cross refrence data that a customer submits against a central db this will allow you to verify if the signup is possibly fradulant and if so take some precautions before you actualy take the order.

What it can do...
1) check phones area code against the zipcode for a match.
2) check city and state against a zipcode for a match.

Possible other services.
1) get the aprox distance between 2 zipcodes.
2) do verification checks against other data such as county, or do lat long calculations.

Currently i have a working system up for all US zipcodes, and could also have all of Canada if needed.
