In cpanel / whm when an account shows 509 bandwidth exceeded, i changed the package to an upgraded one with more bandwidth,
Even after the upgrade of account to a higher bandwidth package it shows me 509 error , is there anything i am missing or anything extra to be done.
Regards,
if you have root access to the server go to WHM and go to " Unsuspend all bandwidth exceeders."

even from a reseller's WHM, you can usually go to '(un)suspend an account' under the account functions, as long as your root host has engaged that function.

Hi
I just did that, Prob is if the account belongs to a reseller shouldnt there be an option for reseller to do it themselves.
Also if i wish to unsuspend just one of the account and not all there is no option even for root to do so.
Thanks anyway for your help,

(un)suspend an account is in the reseller's whm.
