Man, what a disapointment for such a great product.

I sent a message to the Sales team regarding purchasing something now and if it worked out for me, if I could upgrade with relative ease. No answer.

The other part of the message was regarding if it was credit card only or if the accept wire transfers. I guess these guys just look the other way when it comes to money.

I even phoned the sales department and still have yet to hear anything back even though they said it would LESS than 48 hours and I have to make a decision by Thursday.

What a dispapointment. Guess I will go with Plesk or Cpanel. Sorry Ensim, but you've lost a potential customer.
