what you're offering... though i don't know exactly what that is... hopefully you don't mean what you say...

if you're providing perl or php or whatever on the server and allowing users to submit their forms to the scripts... storing sensitive information on a shared server like that isn't the best of ideas...

if you're just letting people upload forms to submit to their own site, that's pointless, there's no security benefit to that at all...

and 'course any "hosting company" who can't afford a freessl certificate has some serious problems :)
