Well, i have been with ismyreseller for about 4 months, i have to say,
with no noticable downtime i am very happy with the responce from the
support team. Cheap,Affordable,Great,Happy=Ismyreseller. Every host
has its bad points and i think Ismyreseller has fixed nearly all of
its bad points, everything is getting better.

I can answer the 2nd question... We had huge amounts of downtime at the beginning because of the fact that we were having issues with the server, but all the issues have been fixed and we've had excellent uptime for the past 3 months
