First, this is not written in reference to any particular advertisement, but is just a general question regarding the forum policies.

What are the policies relative to intentionally misleading or untruthful advertisements and/or advertisers who are known to have not provided the services as contracted before. I understand that you can't screen all advertisers. Likewise, I don't expect you to discriminate based on their quality of service. However, I would like to know what your policy is when previous evidence of unethical and/or dishonest business practices are brought to your attention, as well as when parts of their ads and/or the site it takes you directly to are discovered to be untruthful.

Obviously, most publishers have printed policies, you as a web provider have published TOS and AUP. I would feel certain that you have an equally strong agreement with advertisers on this site.

I am somewhat disappointed...note I also emailed requesting similar information. I am not just randomly bumping this thread. However, once again we have an advertiser in a forum who is not responding to any posts and who has dozens of ourstanding issues within the WHT community. Once again it is an extreme situation, not just an advertiser whose quality of service is questionable.

I ask this because I personally have a few sites with advertising links and, although, I don't profess to know whether all those advertising provide decent service, I do respond to repeated complaints by customers as I don't want my site used to perpetuate fraud or corruption. Am I the only one who sees this an an issue?

I don't really know what this is in reference to, or who rather, however the question is only one that Robert can answer. We (the moderators) don't handle any aspect of the advertising (from banners to stickies). Sorry.
