Hi everyone. I've had enough with rackspacecloud and looking for a new CDN. They never ever tried to contact me whenever billing fails or whatsoever. Maybe it's because we don't spend XX,XXX a month on them. No e-mails, no calls, nothing. Just 'account suspended'. The only time I find out that billing fails is when I try to login and I get account suspended. I've ask their live support regarding this, and he told to 'speak to billing about their contact methods.'. I mean, shouldn't there be any email notification or something? It's rackspace!

So here I am looking any comparable alternatives. Anyone has any suggestions? Just hosting static images / javascripts, not websites.
Sorry for the rant :o

are you only using rackspace for CDN?

Yes. That is correct. Previously it was mosso.com

Try simplecdn.com -- pretty straight forward pricing for what you need.

GoGrid's CDN (Edgecast) and CacheFly are both really good CDNs you should consider. RackspaceCloud's CDN (LimeLight) isn't that great currently. They don't support CNAME, streaming, or POP pull.
