I'm not familiar with the first two hosts you've named, but a few positive reviews with regards to dathorn.com were posted this week here. May want to start there.

I'll add in my 2cents :D

I am basically an Affiliates person and was looking for a quality Reseller host with excellent server uptime for a few hundred Websites of mine. Server Uptime is the most important aspect i look in a company along with Configurations etc as a few minutes downtime can cost me a fortune. I Found Tony's webattention.net (http://www.webattention.net) and hosted a test site for a couple of months. Used Websitepulse's Website monitoring service and finally concluded it was worth hosting. I Registered for a reseller package and am pretty happy with them ;) Though i have 7 Reseller packages with several companies Webattention Excels of all due to their excellent support.
