I have a quick question, if you have WHMCS installed on your site and someone submits a ticket to a department, is that e-mail on file suppose to receive an e-mail then with that question / comment?

Because if so, every time I submit a ticket on my site, I don't actually get it to my e-mail. I have to login to the WHMCS admin and go to open tickets to see which tickets have been created.

Is there a way that when a ticket is submitted I will receive that ticket thru the e-mail that is on file and then I can just open the e-mail in my outlook and respond to it from there vs. having to log into WHMCS admin every time? Thanks!

Login as administrator, go to edit your user then assign your user to department and tick box to receive email!

Okay, got it! It works great but 1 issue,.. when I receive the e-mail it comes from the e-mail address that is listed in as the Support Department. I can see the persons ticket / question. But it doesn't come from their e-mail address it comes from 1 of my own addresses.

How do I reply to it then without having to login to WHMCS?
