View Full Version : HELP - FastServers.net Dedicated Account - Email accounts bouncing back!

I've been with Fastservers.net on a dedicated box for about 5 months, really no problems to speak of. Until now :(

When I add a new email account with the CPanel, everything looks good. Until you try sending the new account mail! It always bounces back, saying that the address is invalid. Every domain on my box, every new account.

FastServers wants $100/hour to look into this, but I am the only admin here, and I haven't touched a thing. Any help out there?

We'll be happy to wrap up any of these details internally... and we will discuss the details at the CPanel forum as well on the thread you started there, once the administrator that handled this has time to spew out some technical information.


I don't think WHT is the correct venue for this discussion however.

please post the link for the CPanel thread, never hurts to add more to our collective CPanel knowledge of bugs/problems :D
