Ok we have seen alot of issues about Nodehosting in the past and for the last several months things have got very decieving. Over the last year Nodehosting has been apparently sold to a guy named Jeff Hirst after troubles with its previous owner Frank Arena.
Well i have never seen this new owner jeff handle any node business frank was there right after he sold the company. Apparently frank was trying to open a new company called x9i.com which i saw in his signature and on some threads. x9i is supposed to open any day and today 1stammendment hosting has apparently taken over nodehosting. This seems like a big scam to me since node has had a bad reputation and name and used the tactic of company ownership changes multiple times in the last few months.
What's going on does anyone see something i am missing?
Frank you out there?

Let me break down the events since March that has gone on with Node Hosting and why it decided to close:
In March, Frank's son had open heart surgery. That was the start of alot of troubles for Node, as he did not have things setup to be able to self-sustain. Problems with support at this point, and servers that had problems could not get fixed because Frank was out.
Frank contacted Jeff, and they became partners, with the understanding that Frank would not be around because right after the surgery, Wal*Mart put on a huge fundraiser in Kansas City for his son. At this point, Jeff was total front line, handling everything until about late July.
In July, Frank finally made it back to the front, and was doing things again. His son got sick again, and Jeff hired in Alan at this point. Alan is great, he was taking care of alot of stuff for Frank and Jeff. He just did not know the major admin stuff that Jeff and Frank knew, which made things still a slow process.
Frank was out then until around September, when he was going to give the whole thing to Jeff because of the issues with his personal life that kept giving him hell with trying to run the business. This deal fell through, and he started soliciting offers for the client base at this point, and possibly aquisition of the equipment.
In the past 2 weeks, Jeff decided that he would finally just release the company to Frank, but with the name change to X9 Integrated, because of something with the name and domain Node Hosting as to who it would go with, Frank or Jeff. It was just easier to do a name change.
Now, in the past 48 hours, there has been more problems with Frank and his personal life that he has thrown his arms in the air, an decided to close all together, and has passed the entire customer base to 1stamendmenthosting.com - thus why nodehosting.com is down. When he met with me this morning to explain that we will close completely in 10 days, and we need to find other jobs, he stated that it was not fair to the clients, or us, that he could not be around to handle the business as it is needed. The Node name is drug through the mud because he can not handle it at this point in life, and it is just easier to close and let someone assume the client base so that they get a good home.
The deal with Nodehosting and 1stamendment is client base and current billing only. The equipment is still property of Frank. 1stammendment has to have all clients moved from Node Hosting servers and network within 10 days, as then it will go down, and the network dismantled. At this point, I think Frank is going to have a hayday on Ebay with the equipment, servers, routers, switches, etc.
Also, Ben, I do not know why you are posting under that name acting like you do not know what is going on. You were one of the people that was right in the middle of all of this, and this is just another attempt for you to show your as* and act like you are some customer of ours that is pissed. I suggest you get ahold of Frank AGAIN if you do not understand what happened.....

Notice: X9I.COM, Nodehosting, Frank Arena
It was brought to my attention the owner of all three companies.
Frank Arena was arrested on charges of Credit & Electronic Fraud some days ago. Whether this is rumor or truth that is unknown ill be calling local law enforcement in the Kansas City area. I do know Frank Arena's partner was the one who made the statement aswell as a former partner of franks. I do know frank has well over 50 - 100 customers frantic on his helpdesk and perhaps a few on WHT well perhaps this is the reason nobody is giving you guys a response.
For More Info On X9I/Nodehosting/ Frank Arena Use WHT Search.
More information will be provided once its recieved.

How many times are you going to post this? Are you drudging up every post on this company and adding this to the end of them? I think that just one topic is enough?
Vendetta perhaps... I think so. *shrugs and reports the post*

Planetseti - Where did you get this info, do you have anything to back it up? You're a newbie here, so you're not trusted immediately.

This is completely untrue - Frank is alive and fine after the sell off of X9 to another company in KC. He has never been arrested, nor charged with any crimes ever. There is some that are getting refunds still that chose not to go with the new company, he is just going through a divorice and other issues personally that will not be discussed. He has no involvement with X9 now, not even as a employee. He took his rights to buyout per the terms of his divorice and is taking alot of time off.
Check your sources Ben, you are completely wrong and I will be pointing Frank to this post.
