Hi all,

I'm looking for two things ...

1) Someone to design a host site template ...
- LOW Graphics, NO Flash ... remember LOW graphics ... none of this whole page sliced images please ...
- nice modern professional layout
- Only graphics is on rollover buttons and maybe on top bar
- 2 frames 1 vert nav bar + logo and main page ... or maybe all on one page .. suggestions ???

Low price ....

What is included in the template .... please explain All ... I am not familiar with .png and such terms ... will need precise explanations....

#2 is in no way related #1 .. well unless there is some deal ...

2) I need freelance designers, I will be offering a design service as required by customers so I don't need full time designers.

- I need a few candidates, if one not available so i have alternates ....
- note that you would NOT be given credit for the design you do for the customer or have any contact with the customer .. ie: we get the contract and outsource to you ...
- Remember that this is on a as needed basis, I want to organize a developer pool so that I have people readily available and I don't have to search for one with each new customer ...

If interested .. please supply:

1) What design/development can you do ... HTML/PHP/CGI/Flash - Images/logos - database (mySql)
2) Do you work per project or per hour ?
3) Your hourly rate / project rate for the different items...
4) Examples of your work
5) Your age, and your current profession (note: if we do decide to work together I will need proof of age) .. I'm just trying to protect myself from 13yo kids with notepad ...
6) Any requirements you may have of us ... I can provide space on our site for a display of your work, which if a customer chooses as an example would then go to you , but remember .. you do not get credit .. just the money .....

Any other queries please PM me ... we can go into email once we have estabilished a dialog ....

Thanks all for reading my long list

Jeremy, please show me where in your one line sentance did you provide what he's looking for? If you want the job, why don't YOU contact him, why should he go around asking you for your portfolio, asking you your rates etc. There's hundreds of designers on this board that you're competing with. To be honest if I was the thread starter, I wouldn't even bother wasting time looking at your site let alone going into the trouble of contacting you.

Hi All ... thanks so much for all the PMs you send ... I will now look over all of them and make some decisions ... and just a general comment to all those who submitted examples, do not worry i will not publish or give away your templates ... I want to develop serious business relationships here so that would definately not be the way to go ...

One again thanks all for your replies ...
