I'm thinking of joining PaySystems.

If someone experienced with paysystems and/or managed billing for a hosting company for atleast 6 months pls comment on more than...

Paysystem's:
1) Service & Support
2) legal Safeties to merchant
3) Successfull/ unsuc. transactions
4) Fees

and more. let me know ur experience and/or suggestions for sure guys.

thx :)

I don't recommend them. I use both 2checkout and PaySystems. Before opening a PaySystems account I ammassed about 600 customers going through 2checkout. Not a single chargeback ever, although at times I have declined customers myself that 2checkout has approved. Now I've been running new customers through PaySystems and getting rejections daily of legitimate orders even current customers adding services are getting rejected as "Fraud Risk". So far I've had about $100 in sales lost to the overkill on fraud protection. Sure they tout the fact that 99% of the processes are fraud free but it is at the cost of rejecting a ton of legitimate orders. 2checkout, with all of their problems at least manages to do the same thing AND not cost me $100-$200 a week in lost business.

5/10. Give it at least 12hours for some kind of response.
2) legal Safeties to merchant
As good as can be expected.
3) Successfull/ unsuc. transactions
New transactions are good. They do a great job of fraud screening. They did have issues with recurring transactions, but that seems to be fixed.
4) Fees
We pay US$0.45 per transaction and 5.5% of the transaction. It's not too bad really. There's no other ongoing fees etc. Processing credit cards online isn't cheap. According to my spreadsheet, I pay US$640.00/mth in fees to Paysystems. That's on US$8,500.00/mth in 30-day recurring transactions.
