Hello i was looking forward to get devoloped CRM portal for dedicated server just like softlayer or 10TB with basic features like support, bandwidth graphs and billing. Any inputs appreciated on prerequisites for getting the control panel devoloped.

The most used feature of our CRM is automated reverse DNS management followed by IP port monitoring. Definitely consider them for your roadmap! The automated RDNS management has saved a ton of tickets over the time we've had it, definitely worth it.

I understand that costing would increase on that, but surely pays off. But are there any specific requirement ??
