Please help me i want to design website like 9rules.com
I don't know on what script or what cms they are running the website...i tried Wordpress but i don't think its having the same functionality like the website is providing.

Looks like they're running custom software from where I'm sitting. I may be wrong though.

You can either:
1)Get a php developer and a good web designer to create a site to that standard.

2)Take a look into Joomla and get a theme - that will probably be a much cheaper option.

It seems they have designed this website from elevatev. However, I am not sure about this. The design seems to be like wordpress. You may try wordpress and choose similar themes from the market.

I also think its hosted on wordpress but that registration thing is not provided by wordpress and m not looking for theme i want to make website same like that...theme doesnt bother me

I suggest on creating your own website with custom and unique desing. It is better like that

But as TheSimpleHost-Nathan told joomla or wordpress are cheaper

if you're looking for ecommerce software, i run oscommerce (http://oscommerce.com/) and am quite happy with it. it's easily customisable and uses open source software, so if you don't like a function or if you need custom functions, you are the boss.
